The 3 Week Diet Program Review

Welcome to my 3 Week Diet review, I’m writing this review today because I’ve just finished going through this weight loss program and want to talk about my results and share my experience.

the-3-week-diet-programFirst off if you haven’t heard of the 3 Week Diet program then I’ll explain what it’s all about.

Basically as you might expect the diet lasts for 3 weeks or 21 days so it’s pretty short.

That’s one of the things I love about it. I didn’t have to wait for months to see if it works.

The program isn’t perfect and I’ll explain why in a minute but first of all I should explain that the program is split up into 3 sections that each last for about a week.

One of the sections only lasts for a couple of days because it involves intermittent fasting.

That’s where you don’t eat for a while to give your body a chance to burn through your stored glycogen and start burning off fat.

One of the sections involves eating a high fat diet and to be honest I didn’t find this part that effective at helping me lose weight.

The first half of the 3 Week Diet is all about low carbs and low calories and this part worked great for me. I actually lost around 5 pounds during that week, the Phen375 diet pills helped too.

And during the part that involved fasting I found that I lost weight too but during the second part with the high fat diet I barely lost a pound.

I guess that isn’t too bad, it’s better than gaining weight right?

If I were to do the diet again then I would probably skip the second part but I’m very impressed with the first part.

Plus after doing some research I have found quite a few other reviews from people that say the same as me that they lost weight on the first part and not the second or they just didn’t lose as much on the second part.

In my opinion to lose weight on the second part of the 3 Week Diet program you need to reduce your calories further because eating all that good fat just provides too much energy to lose weight.

The 3 Week Diet is all about 3 things..

Reducing calories – when you follow this program you’ll be reducing how many calories that you eat. This is to force your body to start burning off fat for energy instead of the food that you’re digesting.

Over the course of the 21 days you’re calorie deficit will amount to around 30,000 calories. They say that you will lose around 1 pound for every 3,500 calories that you burn off so you can lose around 10 pounds in those 21 days.

I would say that you can lose more on part 2 if you reduce your calories further.

The 3 Week Diet recommends a calorie deficit because normally your body gets it’s energy from digested food however you you go on a calorie deficit your body doesn’t get enough energy from food so it starts burning off fat which is how you lose weight.

Intermittent fasting with the 3 Week Diet program – So the next part which only lasts for a day or 2 is all about intermittent fasting. This is where you eat nothing.

As you can probably guess this will make you hungry but it’s really not that bad.

In fact I like to do I.F regularly anyway.

Exercise – The last part that you’ll learn about is exercise. The 3 Week Diet recommends weight training. This is because weight training burns off more calories than normal cardio.

I love weight training now thanks to the 3 Week Diet program. I also like that it tells you exactly what to do in the workouts. With pictures and videos.

One thing I would recommend if you want to get even better results is to do a 10 minute run or some cardio bother before the workouts and after.

I did a 10 minute run on my treadmill then the weight training and topped it all off with another 5-10 minute rune.

The 3 Week Diet workouts tend to last around 15-20 minutes so they’re pretty short but effective.

By doing 10 minutes of cardio before and after the workouts will last around 30 minutes which is perfect for me.

In fact even though I’ve finished the 3 Week Diet I’m still doing the workouts now and again.

Supplements – There are some supplements that are recommended in the program. To be honest the only one that I bought and recommend is called whey protein as it’s a great way to get some protein into your system without cooking up chicken or turkey.
Whey protein is also great if you’re a vegetarian.

My 3 Week Diet results

So over the 21 days I lost about 11 pounds. I could have lost more if I had replaced the third high fat section with the first low carb section but that’s fine.

I actually found the program pretty easy to get through and I was amazed at how fast the 21 days went by. It really wasn’t that hard.

Overall I really liked the 3 Week Diet program and would definitely recommend it.

I like that it’s very cheap and affordable and to complete the program you don’t need a bunch of expensive equipment or a gym membership.

Plus I found the book very easy to read and after spending a couple hours going through it I was ready to get started.

If you’re looking for a cheap but effective program to help you lose weight then I would recommend getting a copy of the 3 Week Diet program.

Phen375 Review – How I Lost 10 Pounds In 3 Weeks With Phen375

phen375Welcome everybody. In this post I’m going to be sharing my Phen375 review and results with you all because I’ve been using it for a while to lose weight.

For a while now I’ve been struggling to lose weight. I’ve been exercising, lifting weights, doing cardio, eating less and taking my vitamins but it’s been really difficult to lose any weight.

Right now I’m 33 years old, I remember years ago in my early 20’s, whenever I put on a few pounds I’d just exercise really hard for a week and the weight would just disappear!

But as I’ve gotten a bit older I’ve found that this just doesn’t work anymore. I guess my metabolism has slowed down with age.

Recently I came across something called Phen375 and here’s what it does..

  • It’s a fat burner. Basically it helps to speed up your metabolism through something called thermogenic burn which causes you to burn off an extra 5-10% more calories per day than normal. Plus it causes the body to start using more fat for energy.
  • It’s an energy booster. After you take it you’ll notice within 10-20 minutes that you feel very energized and awake. It really helps give you a kick up the butt to exercise too.
  • It’s also an appetite suppressant. This is one of my favorite things about Phen375 because when I try to diet and eat less I always get really hungry and sometimes I give in to the hunger and eat way too much. But after I take Phen375 I found that I just stop feeling so hungry. Sometimes I take it and then go for hours without thinking about food. I’ll completely forget about lunch. It’s strange but awesome at the same time.

So that’s basically what Phen375 does and it really does work. Here’s how I’ve been using it to lose weight..

Diet To Lose Weight With Phen375

First of all I’ve been eating a low carb diet and I’ve been eating more protein. Now carbs are for energy and when I’ve gone on a low carb diet before I felt tired and lethargic but since taking Phen375 I’ve been doing great. By the way I first discovered Phen375 from this Phen375 review on the Skinny Express website.

As I said above I’ve also been eating more protein too. I’ve been eating lots of chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon and whey protein.

Around 40-50% of my calories have been coming from protein. Around 30% have been coming from carbs and around 20-30% from fats.

I’ve also been eating clean too. This means no junk food or food made in a factory.

To lose weight with Phen375 I’ve also reduced my calorie intake quite a bit. On average I need around 2,000 calories to maintain my weight but I’ve been eating around 1,400 per day so that’s 600 less than I actually need.

You can track what you eat and how many calories you’re consuming with MyFitnessPal. I also got myself a fitbit watch which counts how many calories I burn off.

I always try to eat 600 calories less per day than I actually need to lose weight. For example if my fitbit watch tells me that I burned off 2,100 calories today than I would eat 1,500 calories to try and lose weight.

The cool thing about Phen375 is that even though I’m on a 600 calorie per day deficit I still feel like I have plenty of energy and I don’t feel tired.

Exercising To Lose Weight With Phen375

Of course I’ve also been exercising as well. I don’t know about you but if I leave it too late in the day then I won’t exercise so I like to get it out of the way first thing in the morning.

I’ll take a couple of Phen375 pills and then leave it for 20 minutes to let them kick in. When i start to feel energized I’ll get on the treadmill and do a 10 minute run as a warmup and then I’ll do P90X 3 for 30 minutes so my workouts last around 45 minutes or so.

45 minutes may not sound that long or it might depending on if you’re used to exercising or not but these workouts are pretty intense and burn a lot of calories.

After 45 minutes are up I’m very sweaty but I feel great after I’ve showered.

By the way I do these exercises on an empty stomach right after I wake up and before I’ve showered.

After I’ve showered I’ll have either some whey protein or a tin of tuna. You don’t want to eat tuna every day because it contains mercury which isn’t good for you if you eat it too often.

To be honest because Phen375 is an appetite suppressant I find that most of the time I’m not that hungry but I always try to eat some protein within 30 minutes of a workout to rebuild the muscles.

Another thing I’ve found is that I get quite sore from P90X-3 because I’m not that used to lifting weights so I’ve been taking a post workout mix called xtend which is great because since I’ve been taking that I haven’t felt any soreness.

Losing Weight With Phen375

So that’s what I’ve been doing to lose weight. Pretty much exercise, diet and Phen375.

Since I’ve been doing this I’ve lost over 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks which is about 3 pounds per week! I’ve also been mixing it with the 3 Week Diet program too.

I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have been able to do this without Phen375 because I’d get too hungry to diet but now I don’t because it’s an appetite suppressant.

I’d also have no energy and be tired all the time, way too tired to exercise on an empty stomach but again since taking Phen375 I seem to have lots of energy.

And I can honestly say that I’m losing that stubborn weight that was so hard to get rid of before because of the Phen375 fat burner that helps increase your metabolism and burn fat faster.

So if you’re struggling to lose weight, have low energy or find yourself snacking too much because you get hungry then get yourself some Phen375 and give it a try.
