My Yoga Burn Review & Results After [90] Days..

Wow it’s been 90 days since I started the Yoga Burn program and so much has changed.

In this post I am going to share my story as well as my results and tell you everything you need to know about the Yoga Burn program.

You know the best thing about hitting rock bottom is that the only way from there is up.

So when my boyfriend of 8 years left me I was angry with him at first but after a while it forced me to take a good look at myself.

When we met I was slim, healthy and fun to be around.

But over the years I gained weight and began to look like a completely different person.

The more weight I gained the more my confidence went down.

And I was tired and cranky all the time.

So looking back now I don’t blame him for leaving.

In a way it was probably for the best because it made me realize that I needed to make some changes if I was ever going to find happiness again.

What I really needed was to lose some weight and get healthy.

So of course I went online and started reading weight loss reviews.

And that’s when I found this post recommending Yoga Burn and Phen24.

It has a lot of good reviews and so many people were talking about how much weight they’ve lost with it.

By the way when it came to doing Yoga I was pretty bad in the beginning but gradually I got better and better.

I wake up in the mornings with more energy and I never feel lethargic anymore.

Plus I feel like losing weight and improving my health has really helped boost my self esteem and confidence.

I’ve also been a lot more social lately and generally having more fun.

Maybe I’ll even find a new man soon.. 🙂

Anyway I’m now a lover of yoga and I think I’ll continue to do it for the rest of my life.

Welcome my name is Danielle and I’m so happy to be writing this Phen24 review.

For the last 90 days I combined Phen24 with the Yoga Burn program and have had some incredible results that I’ll be sharing in this post.

So let’s get started!

I don’t know what happened but as soon as I turned 30 I started gaining weight.

The more weight I gained the more my life went downhill.

I used to be a social person that would hang out with friends and have fun.

But by the time I was 33 I found myself avoiding people as much as possible because I lacked confidence and hated the way I looked.

I was tired all the time and I just looked and felt so unhealthy.

When I turned 34 me and my partner of 8 years split up.

He told me I wasn’t the same person he fell in love with and he had to go.

I was pretty pretty upset because even though I’d avoid social situations with other people at least I had him to go home to.

But him leaving made me realize that I needed to change.

If I was ever going to rebuild my life and be happy then I needed to lose weight and get healthy again.

So I went online and started looking for ways to lose weight.

There’s so many different diets, pills and workout programs for sale it started to make my head spin.

After reading for hours I came across this post on Yahoo answers about something called Phen24 and a product called Yoga Burn.

So I looked up this Phen24 stuff and found out that it’s a fat burner, appetite suppressant and energy booster all in one.

People were mostly positive about it.

And the Yoga Burn product is a home based Yoga workout system.

I quite liked the idea of doing some Yoga so I bought myself a copy and ordered 3 bottles of Phen24 which arrived almost 2 days later.

I decided to cut out all junk food and eat healthily.

I was going to eat less and exercise every day.

If I was going to lose weight and get myself back together then I had to give it maximum effort.

Failure wasn’t an option.

So I began taking Phen24.

The very first time I took Phen24 I felt a big difference.

Before I took it I was feeling tired but within 15 minutes I started feeling very upbeat and quite energetic.

My mind felt clearer and more focused as well.

I just couldn’t sit still.

I had to get up and do something so I thought it would be the perfect time to do some exercise.

With all the energy from taking Phen24 I was actually able to complete the first Yoga Burn workout to the best of my ability.

By the end of it I was super sweaty and I felt so good.

After I took a shower I felt refreshed and happy.

I also noticed that for the next 6 hours after taking Phen24 I didn’t feel hungry at all.

Which was strange because I was usually always hungry.

The appetite suppressant part of it really helped me stick to my diet and reduce my calories.

I went to sleep that night feeling so happy that I had gotten through day 1 successfully and I felt really motivated to keep it up because I felt like I was on the right track.

For the next 90 days I took Phen24 every day and did my yoga.

(In the beginning I was pretty sloppy at yoga but I feel like I’ve gotten a lot better at it.)

I never missed a workout and thanks to Phen24 I didn’t snack on a single bit of junk food either.

Well as I said it’s now been 90 days and I am so happy with how far I’ve come.

My Phen24 Results

In the last 90 days I’ve lost over 30 pounds and I feel like it’s made a huge difference in my appearance and the way I feel.

I used to wake up in the mornings feeling like I hadn’t even slept.

But now I wake up feeling refreshed and I get straight out of bed.

I find that all throughout the day I have more energy and focus and less mood swings.

My mood is consistently happy whereas before I’d be up and down like a moody teenager!

And since I gave up eating junk food I just feel so much healthier and I think I look it too.

But most importantly I feel like I’ve got my confidence back.

I talk to people more and have been going out with friends more like I used to instead of hiding away at home.

And it’s been so good to hear all the compliments from friends and family on how much weight I’ve lost and how well I’m looking.

I feel like Phen24 and Yoga Burn make a great combination.

Even if you don’t feel like buying Yoga Burn because maybe you have another workout or diet program you want to follow I would still recommend Phen24.

I just love that it stops you feeling hungry and eating junk food and it gives you a nice clean energy that lasts for hours and I really feel like it helps you burn through fat faster.

Update: Here’s a question I just received from a reader..

Question: Yoga isn’t my thing. Do you think I can still lose weight with Phen24 without doing Yoga?

My Answer: Absolutely. If yoga isn’t your thing then you’ll still lose weight with Phen24. It’ll stop you from over eating and will help you burn fat. Plus it will give you the energy boost you need to do what ever type of exercise you want to do. Even if you just go for a 20 minute jog per day that’s a great start.

So yeah yoga worked for me but in all honesty you can do any exercise you want. It’s all good. 🙂
