This was a poster/invitation mailer for an event at the Detroit Institute of Art. I worked on it with Michael Greenblatt. We did a lot of research on Sam Wagstaff and Detroit in the 70s for this but we didn't end up using much of it. We ended up having to do "something typographic" though we had hoped to use photos. My photos of the poster came out uniformly blurry. (2008, with Michael Greenblatt)
